Operation of corning machine

This machine adopts 220V single-phase voltage, which is mainly suitable for riveting special small corns such as electronic circuit boards, speakers and hardware. Please check and connect the correct power supply when connecting the electricity, otherwise the motor will be damaged. The routine adjustment and maintenance steps of the machine are as follows:

1: First, add lubricating oil to the moving part and the oil filling port to ensure smooth operation of the machine. When the machine is not powered on, check whether the upper and lower molds are aligned and the distance between the upper and lower molds is correct. Turn the flywheel to make the upper and lower molds in the close position, and check whether the upper, lower, left, and right molds are in the center position and the distance between the upper and lower molds is correct. If not, please adjust to the correct position. After the adjustment is OK, the debris between the runner and the upper and lower molds should be cleaned to keep all parts clean and smooth.

　　2: Place rivets in the funnel, generally 1/3-1/2 of the capacity of the funnel; please do not place too much to avoid jamming.

　　3: Turn on the power, turn on the motor switch, and check whether the steering is correct; whether the funnel is nailed smoothly.

　　4: Idling test drive for 3-5 minutes, if there is no abnormality, you can enter the formal work.

　　5: How to solve common machine failures:

　　A. Runner clamp: first check whether the size of the eyelet is the same and whether there is iron slag or residue in the runner groove.

　　B. Lower mold curling or poor blooming: First, check whether the distance between the upper and lower molds is correct, and whether the lower mold is damaged or not.

　　5: After the work is over, the runner, the debris and dirt between the upper and lower molds should be removed and the whole machine should be cleaned, and lubricating oil (grease) should be added to ensure the processing accuracy of the machine and prolong the service life of the machine.
