Operation of four-claw nail machine and solutions to common problems

This machine adopts 380V voltage, which is mainly used in the furniture industry. Please check and connect the correct power supply when connecting to the electricity, otherwise it will cause damage to the motor. The routine adjustment and maintenance steps of the machine are as follows:

  1. When the power is off, check whether the upper and lower molds are aligned and the distance between the upper and lower molds is correct. Step on the footboard and pull the flywheel with your hands to make the upper and lower molds close to each other. Check whether the upper, lower, left, and right molds are in the center position and the distance between the upper and lower molds. correct. If not, please adjust to the correct position. After the adjustment is OK, remove the debris in the runner, the vibrating plate, and between the upper and lower molds to keep all parts clean and smooth;

  2. When starting up, if it is a 380V power supply, you need to check whether the direction of rotation is correct? Otherwise, please adjust to the correct position and place rivets or eyelets in the vibrating plate. The rivets should be 1/3-1/2 of the capacity of the vibrating plate. Excessive rivets will cause the vibration plate to leak when it vibrates.

　　3. Idling the test machine for 3-5 minutes, after confirming that everything is normal, it can work.

　　4. How to solve the common problems of the machine:

　　A: The cause and elimination of the stuck funnel:

　　① Due to wear and tear during use, the gap between the small crescent eyebrow and the bowl male becomes larger, and the rivet can be flipped between the gaps. If it is stuck between the small crescent eyebrow and bowl male, the gap needs to be re-adjusted. If the adjustment is not good, it needs to be replaced with a new one;

② Due to long-term use, the gap between the bowl and the funnel seat has become larger, and the rivets may easily turn over and cause jamming. At this time, the funnel seat needs to be disassembled and its base surface leveled again. If the problem cannot be solved, replace the bowl with a new one. Can

　　③ The speed of the bowl shaft is too high, which will cause the rivets to fly, and it is easy to produce nails. Adjust the bowl shaft to a suitable speed (see the instructions for adjusting the speed of missing nails).

　　B: The rivet is skewed after forming:

　　① The center of the lower mold and the upper mold are not aligned, just re-align it;

　　② The end face of the upper die is worn out, making it poorly matched with the nail cap, and the upper die needs to be re-dressed or replaced with a new one.

　　C: The rivet rolls badly, and the roll mouth blooms:

　　① If it is a new machine, it is badly manufactured, and it will be replaced with a new one free of charge;

　　② After long-term use, the shape of the lower die roll mouth is worn out, so replace it with a new one.

　　 5. Do not put your hands between the upper and lower molds at any time to avoid unnecessary personal injury.

　　 6. After the work is finished, the residue and dirt in the runner, the vibrating plate and the upper and lower molds should be removed, and the whole machine should be cleaned, and lubricating oil (grease) should be added to ensure the normal accuracy of the machine and prolong its service life.
